Dora

Dora works with many mediums, perhaps known best for her ladies and taking a fresh look at the female form. One of a few lady painters in Bristol she is creating her own space in the boy heavy scene. Illustration meets graffiti, from gallery to street, she basically likes drawing her mates.Influenced by modern day burlesque, 50s tattoo, art nouveau and Japanese print with a few free flowing natural forms thrown in she enjoys the quiet beauty found in her subject matter and placing it on a piece of wood or a wall for others to reflect upon.Part of the 39 Steps collective her collaborations include Rowdy, Paris, Milk and Hine.Her designs have been seen on the streets of Bristol, Birmingham, Berlin and London.www.okdora.com
