Idyllicale

Iidyllicale is a mixed media artist from Bristol currently studying fine art. Interested in creating work using floral and natural elements, she explores aesthetics, our relationship with the natural world and domestic space through wallpaper patterns.

She has particularly been inspired by woodcut style prints, drying and pressing flowers, and layering colour to create a subtle build up of shades using a range of media (such as biro, paint pens, fine liners, and lino cut). Recently, an interest in soft sculptural elements has become prevalent in her work, making meandering and sinuous pipe cleaner, tissue paper and ribbon vines that occupy the space.
