Zoe Gibbons

Zoe Gibbons is a multimedia artist working across painting, stitch, and collage who explores place, layered histories, and material process. She constructs images from painted surfaces, stitched elements, and salvaged billboard paper, responding to the city’s textures and the ways people inhabit and transform urban spaces.

Her work layers materials to reveal histories, playing with form and colour and the marks left by time. Stitch threads connections across materials, linking people to place and to one another. Zoe invites viewers to explore urban landscapes and uncover the hidden stories woven into surfaces, forms, and everyday spaces.
