Sigil

After struggling as an art student to identify with many aspects of mainstream bourgeois contemporary art culture, SIGIL became involved in street art.

Working as both an artist and environmentalist, SIGIL uses their platform to spread awareness and encourage political activism and responsibility, attempting to highlight the issues facing the natural world at the hands of man, and the possible consequences. By using the visual language of animals & plants, combined with themes of ideography, science and faith, SIGIL connects with the public directly within the urban environment, encouraging attitudes of environmental stewardship.
