Jayde Perkin is an illustrator, painter and comics artist based in Bristol.
Jayde creates hand-painted illustrations for a wide range of clients, as well as writing and making comics. Her vibrant characters interact with each other both on and off the page, telling their own stories. Jayde's work is often thoughtful, emotional, and vulnerable. It can also be political, funny, and silly at times too. But Jayde is always exploring the human condition throughout her practice.
In recent months, Jayde has been scaling her illustrations up, coming away from the page, working on some larger-scale mural projects, and temporarily putting the paper aside to paint big walls instead (and loving it).
