Join Jazz Thompson for a creative, illustration-based workshop exploring how characters and comics can be used to share ideas, tell stories, and respond to the world around us. Inspired by street art and zine-making, you’ll design your own original character based on a message, movement, or theme that matters to you – whether that’s something personal, playful, or a response to something bigger.
Through a range of drawing exercises, creative prompts and storytelling techniques, you’ll bring your character to life in a one-page comic or zine. This session is open to all abilities, no experience needed, just a willingness to draw and express yourself.
