Curly one and Curly two

Rose Popay and her mini me join together in a fine art, fun art live art collaboration. Rose is known for her live art canvases at events and paintings of people's homes. Rose has traveled the world with her bold humerous street theatre and master of disguise. She was known as The Art Tart before motherhood took its place. WIth creativity oozing out of them, the Popays are fine tuning there crayons and paintbrushes. Health and safety are on standby with hair detangler.
