HarpoArt paints and makes stained glass. By studying both art forms he combines the look and feel of stained glass into his wall. Based in Brighton, HarpoArt travels all over the UK to paint festivals and commission along the way. Now returning to Upfest for the 2nd year running definitely one to look out for!
