Lian

Since graduating in Art History from a prestigious North American University, Lian has fingered, fucked, siphoned and sniffed her way through the world of street art. From Berlin to the Basque country, if there are walls, she's painted them, if there's Vermouth, she's had it over ice, and if there are beautiful Mediterranean women, she's probably tried to have them too. Whilst her work is realist, it certainly can't be called realism: it's plagiarism, pure and simple. In an art world whose foundations are built on theft and accumulation, Lian openly steals imagery, and very openly fucks with it. There's no pretence of originality here, just painting, straight out of a can.
