Ponny

AboutPonny (Bologna 2009) is an Italian stretartist whose identity remains not entirely clear.

Linked to the concept of graffiti as free expression, an autonomous and independent manifestation, he has painted in much of Europe.

He paints for the fun of it, walks through streets and alleys for hours, constantly seeking dialogue with them; he experiences art as a contemplative expression, tormented by the urban surfaces and frames that the city can offer. He uses Stencils and sprays as his favorite expressive tools. He accumulates and settles in the studio impressive quantities of images, cards and clippings that survive over time waiting to take shape.
