Tian is a painter and streetartist who lives and works in Le Mans, France. His work focuses on human nature in all its ambivalence. His stenciled portraits strive to reveal the duality of his models - mainly actresses from the 60s but also musicians, boxers and comics characters.
He also likes staging of couples, in sensual or strained postures exploring the love link, commitment, passion and domination.
For a decade, he’s been making collages of his works in the streets of major cities in Europe making his artworks visible in the streets of Berlin, London, Paris, Lille, Brussels, Warsaw and many others…
He was recently visiting England, leaving artworks on the walls of Stokes Croft, Bristol or Northern Quarter, Manchester.
