Toia Grehan

I am an artist from Buenos Aires.

I paint because I need to, I cannot visualize my life without painting or art.

Nature is my inspiration. I create imaginary pieces of landscape where foliage invades and invites viewers to submerge themselves into its depths, to stay and get lost in a contemplative manner.

I believe my imagery comes from my rural upbringing, when I first saw the world and I saw nature everywhere. It stuck with me. Now I live in a city, and I want to spread my views of nature into it.
