Mother Data

Design made in February 2023 inspired by the current controversies of AI immersion in the arts and culture, and first exhibited at Centrespace Gallery Bristol for the exhibition "Dreary". It represents a Virgin Mary with baby jesus playing with a VR headset. The halo is made of golden circuits.

Mother Data is also an AR experience (augmented reality) that can be enjoyed through instagram stories. Look for the filter Mother Data or Zubieta on the filters browser and record onto the print to see it animated and on 3D in your living room.
